March 30, 2020 Worrying About Tomorrow - Kortne Brown

“If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you of little faith? “So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?' For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." (Matthew 6:30-34)

Reflection

Don't worry about what resources we don't have tomorrow or next week or even next month. Just take everything one day at a time.

Does it bring you encouragement to know that God knows what you need even before you do and desires to provide for your needs?

Is there any area of your life that needs evaluation to see if you are seeking first God’s Kingdom and priorities? If so, what area and what steps will you take to change that?

I pray that you all stay safe and well and remember that nothing is impossible with God so this corona virus is nothing compared to the things He could do. You are loved and amazing and I hope you have a good day! 💗
